On her actual birthday we had a family party for her with cake, she picked pink, and presents. Here she is in her birthday crown, cuddling a new stuff bunny. (ok I have to admit that her family presents were the ones that she didn't open on Christmas that I saved; thrifty I know. :)
Again, her enjoying all of her presents on her actual birthday.
Later that weekend we had an extended family party. It was fun, and Gorgeous got Elmo and monkey stuff, her favorite! I'm so grateful to have such a sweet, wonderful daughter in our home. She is so loving and happy. What a blessing she is to all of us.

She looks so different from the last time I saw her in person. I can't wait to see you guys in a few more weeks. I love to be thrifty as well, the kids don't know the difference, and everyone is happy.
hooray and happy bday! It's just as much a holiday for you and the rest of the family as it is for her, let's be honest! GLAD to see a post...I've been feeling withdrawals, waiting for a new news flash! This was just what I needed.
Whoops--i'm feeling a little guilty because I haven't sent on the pictures Jana and I took of Emma's (extended) party. It was so fun and cute to see her say "I three"!
